East Bay High School on Big Bend Road turned out its first graduating class in 1957---50 years ago. Now the EBHS Alumni Association is recalling all students to celebrate 50 years of excellence in education, fun and friendship.
East Bay High School on Big Bend Road turned out its first graduating class in 1957---50 years ago. Now the EBHS Alumni Association is recalling all students to celebrate 50 years of excellence in education, fun and friendship.
Friday, November 9th, the festivities start with a meet and greet social hour in the East Bay High School cafeteria at 6:00 pm. All can then attend the football game and cheer on the East Bay High School Indians. The cost of the social hour and football game is $7.00.
Saturday, November 10th, 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm Lupton’s Boggy Bottom Ranch (Hwy 39 & Keysville Road) will be the center of activity. Serving chicken & ribs, baked beans, potato salad, cole slaw, garlic bread, dessert and non-alcoholic beverages from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. The cost of the barbeque is $20 per person. A cash bar will be available. A disc jockey will play fifty years of music for dancing.
YOU MAY CHOOSE TO ATTEND ONE OR BOTH EVENTS. Come renew friendships, see classmates, and celebrate fifty years of our local high school’s existence.
