	This is one of the largest of the ethnic groups in China. It is estimated that the Han are around 1 billion +/-, and this group, the Dong, are about 2.5 million. The Dong are one group not found in the west, but in Guangxi Province in the southeast. The areas populated by the Dong are responsible for most of the world’s supply of Tung oil, a popular furniture treatment. They also grow some of the best green tea in this region. The Dong are mostly agrarian. One of the favorite festivals of the Dong are bullfights, but not those like one would see in Spain. These bullfights pit two bulls against each other in a ring.
